Trip Overview
Experience the mountains, rivers and plains of the Rocky Mountains on this 14 day adventure. Upon arriving, jump right in and take on Clear Creek by whitewater raft and set out on foot to explore the trails in Rocky Mountain National Park. With a few days of hiking under your belt, you’ll then head to southern Wyoming to backpack in the Snowy Range of the Medicine Bow National Forest. Trek through beautiful high alpine landscapes, past pristine alpine lakes and under granite peaks shaped by glaciers. On this backpacking adventure, you will have the opportunity to develop your backcountry skills, purify water, cook over small stoves and learn to navigate with a map and compass. Spend the last few days of this adventure rock climbing the famous crags of Vedauwoo. This trip is sure to leave you inspired and eager for more adventure!
